About this role

Career Land Center has an opening for an ICU RN in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, supporting critically ill patients within a healthcare facility that also runs an Advanced Primary Stroke Center and full open-heart surgery services.

In this role, you'll deliver individualized, comprehensive critical care, carrying out provider-ordered procedures and monitoring with close, timely documentation. A big part of the job is communication — translating complex medical information into guidance patients and families can actually use, while working alongside a multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and quality initiatives.

What you'll need: Associate Degree in Nursing, an active RN license in good standing, and ideally a year or more of acute ICU experience (an ED or Surgical Floor background will also be considered). BLS is required within 30 days of start, ACLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days, and Trauma Nursing Core Course within 6 months.

Shift: Nights, with rotating weekends.

What's included: Full health, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, workplace accommodations as needed, a transportation assistance program, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and a sign-on bonus.

Career Land Center is a staffing agency partnering with the hiring facility. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
