Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of resident needs, preferences, and goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care Document patient information accurately and timely Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
