About this role
We are seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities Include
Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Updating care plans based on patient condition changes and communicating effectively with team members. Providing direct patient care within the scope of practice, delegating tasks appropriately, and monitoring care quality.
Ensuring patient safety, compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. Utilizing performance indicators, participating in quality improvement, and documenting care accurately. Teaching patients and families, assessing learning needs, and promoting participation in care.
Maintaining professional licensure, ongoing education, and reflecting on practice for continuous improvement. Serving as a patient advocate and coordinating care across disciplines.
Qualifications Include
Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) or nursing diploma with RN licensure. One year of RN experience or completion of a recognized residency program or equivalent practical experience. Current RN license recognized in the state of practice.
Skills And Abilities
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes. Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
