We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Provide specialized care to post-transplant patients with a variety of conditions including kidney, pancreas, and liver transplants. Empower patients through comprehensive education and support, helping them navigate their transplant journey. Work with transplant recipients and living donors from all over the US. Make a difference for transplant patients by collaborating closely with our transplant multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
