The Role We’re looking for a part-time day shift Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. You’ll work with a collaborative treatment team and be trusted to use your judgment with minimal supervision. This position is Monday - Friday, and you can work as little as 15 hours per week, or as many as 28, you pick.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and the treatment team on individualized care plans
- Perform routine nursing procedures, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and keep accurate charts
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Maintain a clean, safe environment following all health and safety guidelines
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants
- Support patients and their families with compassion
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, emergency care, and health and safety practices
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
