About this role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents, while also supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor
Supervise nursing assistants to ensure care is delivered according to facility standards and protocols
Maintain communication with residents, their families, and support departments to ensure care plans are tailored to meet individual needs
Carry out assigned duties and report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor
Participate in continuing educational programs to maintain licensure and enhance skills
