About this role

Join our esteemed team at Maplewood Rehab and Nursing, where we're committed to hiring the best staff to ensure our residents receive the very best care in the area. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents, while also supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor

Supervise nursing assistants to ensure care is delivered according to facility standards and protocols

Maintain communication with residents, their families, and support departments to ensure care plans are tailored to meet individual needs

Carry out assigned duties and report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor

Participate in continuing educational programs to maintain licensure and enhance skills

General work experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting is preferred but not required
