Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (state-specific)
- Pediatric experience preferred, not required
- New graduates welcome
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs
- Dependable, patient, and attentive bedside manner
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting patients; operating medical equipment; bending, reaching, positioning; occasional patient transfers or lifting; exposure to healthcare environments
