Looking for Full-Time PM RN/LPN. 3pm-11pm. Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday. Base Pay + • Shift Differentials. Cantata Adult Life Services, formerly known as The British Home, is a nonprofit, mission-driven community with over 100 years of experience, offering a full continuum of care on a beautiful 10-acre campus in Brookfield, Illinois. The Staff Nurse is responsible for daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. This role serves as a guide, mentor, and resource to residents and co-workers, while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration and safe care transitions.
