We actively support programs and services that assure full inclusion and participation in the community throughout life with Residential, Home & Community Based, Adult Day Health and Employment Services._
_We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse who is a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to provide nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in group homes and day program settings. This is a "low-stress" nursing position with great daytime hours. _

_*Duties Include:*_ _Coordination of individual's health care needs , appointments, and medication management in conjunction with medical providers, staff training for program implementation, quarterly/annual reviews and regular reporting with interdisciplinary team, participate in policy & procedure development and ensure adherence to federal/state regulations._

*__Current Hawaii State RN license, valid driver's license, car insurance. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test, CPR and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain). Experience working with special needs or elderly population preferred and medical/surgical experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs._
