Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients.
Care for patients with sickle cell disease, heart failure, vascular conditions, pulmonary conditions, diabetes, and failure to thrive.
Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Work collaboratively with nursing aides and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records using MEDITECH.
