We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality home health care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting

• Follow established care plans and monitor patient condition and progress

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed

• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and caregivers

• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred

• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025) https://info.flclearinghouse.com

• Active nursing license, driver’s license, and Social Security card

• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)

• Recent physical (within 6 months) and TB test (within 1 year)

• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption letter

• CEUs (as applicable)

Compensation

• LPN: $23 – $33 per hour

• RN: $32 – $35 per hour
