Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for our residents Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting changes in condition Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care

Current RN license in the state of Wyoming Minimum Years of
Experience

- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
