We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with a passion for aesthetic treatments and client care. As an Aesthetic Registered Nurse, you will administer various aesthetic procedures, provide exceptional customer service, and support our clinic’s mission to enhance clients' confidence and well-being through advanced skincare and body treatments. We will train the right candidate in procedures as needed but prefer an experienced candidate.
*Duties*
- Perform aesthetic procedures primarily skin tightening and rejuvenation using our T-Shape 2 system (RF and low level laser), with opportunity to do botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, PRP and microneedling procedures, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist clients by providing thorough consultations, explaining treatment options, and ensuring clear communication about procedures and aftercare.
- Manage client appointments efficiently
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all treatment areas to ensure client safety.
- Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and maintenance routines while upselling relevant services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support social media management efforts by sharing client success stories, product demos, and promotional content to grow the clinic’s online presence.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
*Requirements*
- Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic or med spa settings preferred.
- Expertise in injection administration including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers is desirable but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of low level laser/RF energy treatments is desirable but we will train if necessary.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and aftercare.
- Experience working within the beauty industry or cosmetology background is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with a professional demeanor and attention to sanitation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
