About this role
Department: 39006 Carolinas Medical Center - LC: Supportive Onc: Morehead. Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Direct managerial oversight for 2 clinics at Morehead along with indirect oversight for all 8 Supportive Oncology practice locations.
The Department of Supportive Oncology at Atrium Health Levine Cancer is an internationally recognized program providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across eight practice locations in the Greater Charlotte area. The Nurse Manager will oversee Cancer Survivorship, Integrative Oncology, and Senior Oncology programs, partnering with physicians, APPs, therapists, and clinicians to ensure programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with guidelines. This role will also serve as the department's nursing advisor in collaboration with Oncology Palliative Medicine, Psycho-Oncology, and Cancer Rehabilitation specialties.
Oncology leadership experience is strongly preferred; education or experience in integrative medicine, lifestyle and wellness approaches, health coaching, and/or age-friendly care is also preferred.

- RN License
- BLS Certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Master's degree in nursing (MSN)
- Master's degree in business administration (preferred)
- Oncology leadership experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience in integrative medicine, lifestyle and wellness approaches, health coaching, and/or age-friendly care (preferred)
