About this role
The Villa Rehab is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional skilled nursing team.
As an RN at The Villa Rehab, you will play an important role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents while working collaboratively with nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
We are looking for motivated nursing professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Supervise and provide direction to CNA staff and other nursing team members as appropriate.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress.
Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and nursing needs.
Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, teamwork, and respect in all interactions.
Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
