We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 5-star rated facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients in Cranford, New Jersey. As a Per Diem Day Shift RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside a highly trained team of nurses and specialists. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, wound care, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans, conducting regular assessments and evaluations, maintaining accurate records, and participating in ongoing education and training.
