About this role
We are seeking dedicated LPN/LVN professionals for full-time, PRN, day, and night roles, with
- shift differentials available.
In this role, you will
Provide direct patient care following personalized care plans and physician orders Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs Contribute to patient recovery and celebrate their progress
Qualifications include
Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations CPR certification Preferred: one year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital settings; rehabilitation experience is a plus
