Essential duties include

Supervise patient care Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications

  • Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Compassionate and great time management skills
  • Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
