Are you an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes? BrightStar Care is seeking skilled and compassionate RNs to join our Hospital at Home program, delivering hospital-level care outside the traditional hospital setting.

This opportunity is ideal for nurses with strong clinical judgment, acute care experience, and the ability to work independently while providing personalized, one-on-one patient care.

• Pay Rate: $45–$52 per hour
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio, and surrounding areas
• Shifts: Morning and overnight shifts available

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

Administer medications and provide skilled nursing care, including IV therapy and wound care, as applicable.

Implement physician orders and individualized care plans.

Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and disease management.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards.

QualificationsRequirements

EducationExperience

Active, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum of 1–2 years of RN experience

Home health, ER, ICU, medical-surgical, or acute care experience strongly preferred

IV therapy, wound care, and complex patient care experience preferred

Required Credentials

Current CPR certification

Negative TB test or chest X-ray, in accordance with agency requirements

Required immunization records or approved exemptions, as applicable

Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening

Additional Requirements

Preferably located within 30 miles of Cleveland

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Willingness to travel to patients' homes throughout the service area

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to work independently and use electronic medical records and mobile charting systems
