Job Description
The World’s Most Dedicated Never Give Up
Think of what you could achieve if the best possible care was all that mattered. If you had the encouragement and opportunity to truly bond with the patients in your care. And if you could collaborate with the world’s brightest scientists, in a bench-to-bedside environment that put you on the leading edge of clinical breakthroughs for children with cancer, sickle cell, and other life-threatening diseases.
It’s possible at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. As a clinical professional with us, you’ll be part of a team that gives our all to make a difference in the lives of patients with the rarest of conditions. All while receiving the resources and support you need to advance your career and be the force behind the cures.
As a Radiology Peri-Anesthesia Nurse with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, you'll be equipped with the tools, resources, and collaborative opportunities to provide the very best care to pediatric patients. You'll work closely with teams of CRNAs, MDAs, Child Life Specialists, radiology technologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to support patients receiving care throughout the Department of Radiology, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology. Serving patients across the spectrum of acuity, you'll act as a guide, resource, and source of comfort to children and their families as they move through the pre-anesthesia, intra-procedural, and post-anesthesia phases of care.
Here at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, we set the standard for exceptional patient care and comfort, and we're looking for nurses who not only believe in, but embody this mission. We seek individuals who are driven by their passion for pediatric care, thrive in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, and actively pursue opportunities to learn, innovate, and lead. If you're hungry, humble, and smart, and you're looking to invest in a team that is equally committed to investing in you, we'd love to consider your application.
