Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

• Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Collect and verify patient information, including vital signs and medical history, ensuring accuracy for clinical documentation
• Assist with patient intake procedures such as recording symptoms, medication history, and relevant health details
• Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate with providers to optimize clinic flow
• Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, handling basic medical supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks like ICD coding and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards
• Manage phone calls, answer inquiries professionally, and direct patients to appropriate services or providers

*Skills*

• Must be fluent in Spanish able to translate Spanish to English
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support principles are highly desired but not essential
• Experience working in chiropractic office is highly desired
• Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions is highly desired
• Ability to handle intake procedures, vital signs collection, ICD coding, and medication administration support confidently are a major plus
• Excellent patient service skills combined with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently is essential
