About this role

Inova Fairfax Hospital - Schar Heart and Vascular is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor to join the Cardiac Telemetry team. This role will be full-time; day shifts will vary. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible nurses. Conducts high quality shift huddles, safety huddles, rounds on staff, reviews core measures and KPIs, participates in emergency and safety preparedness drills, ensures adherence to The Joint Commission standards, contributes to quality improvement, and serves as role model in patient communication.
