The Staff RN collaborates in the spirit of teamwork is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of Mount Carmel Health System.
Requirements
Graduate from school of nursing
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
Effective Communication Skills
Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team
