Infusion Nurse - Ambulatory Infusion Center

Soleo Health is seeking a Full Time Infusion Nurse to support our Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) patients in Maitland, FL. The AIC Nurse will provide primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting. Responsibilities include administering IVIG, biologics and other infusible or injectables, patient education, completing comprehensive nursing assessments, establishing peripheral intravenous lines and accessing/maintaining central venous lines (PICC lines, Implanted port, Midlines), medication preparation and administration, triaging infusion patient inquiries, and managing AIC documentation and supplies. Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. No weekends or holidays.
