About this role
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the State of Florida
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
- At least one (1) year of leadership or management experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
- IV Certification required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Experience supervising nursing teams and managing unit operations
