About this role
Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for a compassionate nursing professional who enjoys leading teams, improving resident outcomes, and creating a positive care environment. As the Unit Manager, you will oversee daily nursing operations, support and mentor clinical staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the State of Florida
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
At least one (1) year of leadership or management experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
IV Certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
Experience supervising nursing teams and managing unit operations
