About this role
We are hiring experienced RNs for a 44-bed Substance Use Disorder Medical Detox facility in New Jersey. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident, compassionate, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to detox patients in accordance with physician orders, Monitor withdrawal symptoms, vital signs, and patient condition, Administer medications and document care in EMR, Respond effectively to medical and psychiatric emergencies, Collaborate with clinical and behavioral health staff.

- Active New Jersey RN in good standing
- Detox, substance abuse, or mental health experience required
- Ability to work under pressure with up to 44 patients
- KIPU EMR experience preferred (training provided)
- Must meet all NJ Department of Health requirements
