What this might mean for you

Hillside Medical Group runs at clinic pace — scheduled patients and predictable hours. Per-diem means you set the rhythm — pick up when it works, step back when it doesn't.

Worth asking

  • Which shift, weekend, holiday, or call differentials apply?
  • Which shifts are open, and what are the weekend, holiday, call, and rotation requirements?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
