Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco at PGA Parkway. As an Interventional Radiology RN, use nursing expertise to deliver patient care with the healthcare team. Tasks include evaluating health, identifying issues, creating care plans, and tracking treatment responses. Help patients navigate their healthcare safely. Use knowledge of needs to prevent issues.

Certifications

BLS

Requirements

  • RN License
  • 2 years in IR
  • Graduate of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • Major field of study should be Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS Basic Life Support certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Basic computer skills, knowledge of electronic medical documentation systems
  • Understanding of patient care practices, medical terminology, medications, and equipment used in interventional radiology nursing
