AlfaBEST Home Health is looking for an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team.
We are looking for an RN who is comfortable working independently, uses good clinical judgment, communicates when something needs attention, and takes pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct nursing assessments in patients’ homes
- Complete OASIS assessments and clinical documentation
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled nursing services and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, aides, caregivers, and other members of the care team
- Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, diagnoses, disease management, and safety
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Help ensure patients receive safe, consistent, well-coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Home health experience strongly preferred
- OASIS experience strongly preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable working independently in patients’ homes
- Organized, dependable, and responsive
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance
Compensation
$60–$75+ per visit, based on visit type and experience.
Higher rates may apply for more complex visits, including Start of Care and OASIS-related visits.
