Position Overview
As a 3rd Shift Nurse, you'll deliver exceptional care to residents, working closely with physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Documenting and maintaining medical records
- Supervising and supporting the nursing team
- Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly
- Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols
- Fostering a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
- Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Preferred: 2 years of LPN or RN experience
