Rate increase valid for caregivers submitted during May and starts in June The schedule is flexible that you can start earlier in the day and also get 3 assessments per day versus 2 visits. You can also work on weekends. Position Overview Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Nurse Assessor Specialty: UAS Assessment / Home Health Assignment Length: Long-Term Assignment Minimum Requirements Candidates must have at least 2 years of home-based healthcare experience within the last 10 years, including one or more of the following: Field work with a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Work with a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) Experience with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) programs Conducting home-based patient assessments (e.g., OASIS) Providing primary care to homebound patients Care management for individuals receiving home and community-based services, hospice, or assisted living Home care experience as an LPN or Home Health Aide caring for at least 2 patients per week Simple, Stress-Free Onboarding Getting started is easy.
