- BLS (Basic Life Support) for Health Care Providers from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Student or Graduate of a registered nursing program
- Associate's degree with baccalaureate degree completion within five years (for entry-level RNs with start date April 1, 2020 and after)
- 1 year of RN experience in an applicable care setting preferred
- US work authorization
