About this role
ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners. Provides direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans, monitors patient progress, administers medications and treatments, and educates patients and families.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
- Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care
