About this role
Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a bilingual Spanish RN HHA Instructor for our Office in Hicksville and Bay Shore, NY. As an RN HHA Instructor you will play an integral role in our day to day activities. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and patient care. Responsibilities
The instructor conducts training, in-services and competency evaluation programs for Home Care paraprofessionals in accordance with the New York State Department of Health. The instructor ensures that Home Care paraprofessionals are sufficiently knowledgeable and clinically competent to meet certification standards and tests trainees to evaluate effectiveness of training. The instructor reports on the progress of paraprofessionals under guidance during training periods.
Qualifications
*Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Nursing is preferred and have current NYS license and registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
