Are you a current Logan Health RN who is ready to launch a career in oncology infusion nursing? Our RN Oncology Infusion Fellowship offers an extended 9-month orientation that blends coursework and hands-on training. You'll step directly into an Oncology Infusion RN position while receiving the time, resources, and mentorship to build lasting skills and confidence in this specialty. What this fellowship offers you: A clear training pathway to a successful oncology infusion career Structured extended orientation program designed to help you become a highly skilled, autonomous Oncology Infusion RN Hands-on training across both Hospital Infusion and Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Infusion areas Oncology Nursing Society coursework and opportunity to obtain chemotherapy provider certification Opportunity to build expertise in administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive infusion therapies. The chance to join a supportive team committed to excellence in oncology infusion nursing What you bring: Current RN license (Montana or compact state) Minimum 1 year or RN work experience required Strong interest and passion for building a career in oncology infusion nursing Commitment to completing the extended orientation and pursuing a career in oncology care Excellent communication skills and dedication to safe, high-quality, compassionate patient care Willingness and initiative to engage fully in coursework, clinical training, and continuous learning RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first. Your Commitment: As part of this fellowship, we ask for a 2-year commitment to this role. In return, you'll receive the training, mentorship, and experience needed to build a strong foundation for a rewarding oncology infusion career. With nationally recognized certifications, hands-on training, and the guidance of experienced mentors, you'll be prepared for long-term success while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients navigating treatment. Deadline to Apply: End of day, 8/18/2026 Shift: Day Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. This position will be a mix of 10-hour and 12-hour day shifts during the fellowship depending on what unit Hospital Infusion or Hematology/Oncology) you are orienting to. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
