About this role
Medcor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an employer-based occupational health clinic in Waterloo, IA. The role involves working independently caring for employees in a modern onsite clinic providing occupational health services, acute/episodic care, workplace injury treatment, and wellness support. Schedule is Friday & Saturday, 10:30 PM – 11:00 AM, Part-Time. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, assessing and treating workplace injuries, workers' compensation case management, coordinating Return-to-Work programs, performing pre-employment and post-offer screenings, completing Physical Assessment Tests, and maintaining OSHA documentation.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR documentation Ability to lift a 50-pound emergency response bag Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
