Welcome MAT Health, Inc. is an Opioid Treatment Program in Elkin, NC. We are seeking professional, compassionate, and caring nurses to provide medication assisted treatment to individuals diagnosed with opioid use disorder.

_Responsibilities:_

a. Maintain professional standards and follow the treatment policies of the clinic, federal and state laws and regulations.

b. Assist the clinic director in completing performance evaluations according to organizational policies.

c. Administer methadone or Buprenorphine medication as ordered by the clinic medical director.

d. Maintain accurate accounting of all medication received from the supplier.

e. Dispense medication to the patient.

f. Collect urine, process and read test results as ordered by the medical director.

g. Maintain safe storage of all medication stock and records as required by the DEA, FDA, and NCDHHS.

_Qualifications:_

a. Be a licensed registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) in North Carolina

b. Have training or experience treating patients in an outpatient treatment program.

c. Demonstrable history of no alcohol or drug/medication misuse for a period of five (5) years before employment.

d. The prospective individual will not display any evidence of alcohol or drug/medication misuse and/or unlawful behavior as an employee of Welcome MAT Health.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
