Registered Nurse position in the Mission Coordination Center providing safe and effective access to care, integrating community and systems resources, and determining appropriate levels of patient care. Responsibilities include organizing patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating; utilizing critical thinking for patient care decisions; delivering nursing care using the nursing process; collaborating with the nursing team for quality improvement; fostering a learning environment; and advocating for ethical and holistic care. FTE: 0.9, Shift: Evenings (1500-0330), Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Alternating Weekends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
  • Active BLS certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from initial date of hire
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
  • ACLS preferred
  • Three (3) years recent triage experience or experience prioritizing competing clinical priorities
  • Three (3) years of nursing at charge nurse or hospital supervisor level experience in an acute care hospital preferred
