All for One Personal Care LLC is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for patients in a home setting. This role is perfect for nurses looking for a consistent weekday schedule while making a meaningful impact through personalized care.

What You’ll Do
- Complete patient assessments and monitor condition changes
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
- Provide trach and ventilator care (if applicable)
- Manage G-tube and enteral feedings
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
- Educate patients and families on care routines
- Collaborate with physicians and care team
Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (or compact license)
- CPR/BLS certification (PALS preferred)
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Flexible Availability At least 2- 3 Days a week
- Home health or pediatric experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 6.0 per week
- Work Location: In person
