RN/LVN

We are looking for a full-time Registered Charge Nurse. This individual will be responsible for resident care and directing nursing staff. The RN is expected to develop the plan of care and collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants. The RN will also monitor assigned staff to ensure that all safety regulations are upheld. Desert Springs is a Long-Term Care Facility. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift, serving as a resource to all staff, providing direct resident care, administering medications and treatment, managing nursing personnel on shift, assessing work performance of nursing staff, and conducting regular staff meetings with updates to DON.
