Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the written staffing plan that reflects the needs of the nursing department
- Performs rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team
- Work in partnership with the Administrator to ensure quality, person-centered care
- Develop, manage, and evaluate department policies and procedures by current rules and regulations
Requirements
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in MA
Provide oversight and direction to clinical team
Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team
Other special projects and duties, as assigned
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Three (3) years or more years of experience as a manager/Director of Nursing in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Primary series of COVID vaccination is required
Range: 120k-$200k / per year
