We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Hospice Division and provide compassionate, dignified end-of-life care to clients and their families in Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, and Fairfax Counties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the client's individualized hospice plan of care.
  • Offer emotional support and comfort to clients and their families during one of life's most sensitive transitions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment conducive to the client's comfort and dignity.
  • Accurately document care delivered and promptly report any changes in condition to the supervising hospice nurse and other appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team, clients, and families to promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

  • Current, active Virginia CNA license (must be in good standing)
  • Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, or a comparable clinical setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
  • Compassionate demeanor with the ability to provide sensitive, patient-centered care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative hospice care team.
