About this role
Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel. Provides guidance and counseling to coordinators, case managers and Clinical Supervisors. Assists with budget preparation and administration, evaluates performance of Clinical Supervisors and case managers, hires and evaluates personnel, oversees maintenance of patient clinical records, and develops orientation and continuing education programs.
