About this role
RN- Full time- Night shift 7p-7a- $6500 SIGN ON BONUS. Horizon Health is seeking a full time RN to join our team at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, OK. A registered psychiatric nurse (RN) executes comprehensive nursing care activities. This position is responsible for assessing, monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms or changes in patient conditions. RNs are required to maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories, perform mental and physical assessments, administer medication and treatment to patients, provide assistance to patients with daily activities and observe reactions.
