Triacle Companies is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as an SOS CNA!

$1,000 longevity bonus - unlimited $300 referral bonuses

As a member of our SOS team, you must: be flexible to work any shift be on-call to work in any of our 5 facilities (located in Catoosa, Owasso, Mannford, Sand Springs, and Ponca City) have your LPN LICENSE have reliable transportation have a professional appearance/attitude must have long-term care experience must have point click care experience guaranteed 1 weekend off per month
