Nurse Manager (RN)

Barclay Friends West Chester, Pennsylvania Barclay Friends, a Quaker value–based senior living community, is looking for a Nurse Manager (RN) to join our nursing leadership team on the evening shift (Monday – Friday). If you’re an experienced RN who enjoys leading others while still staying connected to resident care, this could be the perfect fit. Pay & Schedule Estimated Hourly Range: $49.00-$51.00 80 hours bi-weekly NO WEEKENDS Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM As our Nurse Manager, you’ll be the go-to clinical leader during the evening shift—supporting staff, ensuring excellent resident care, and maintaining a calm, well-run unit. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff on the evening shift Oversee resident care in Skilled Nursing. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical standards Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) on policies and process improvements Step in to provide hands-on care when needed Communicate with residents’ families to answer questions and provide reassurance Monitor staffing levels and address scheduling or performance concerns promptly What We’re Looking For Graduate of an approved School of Nursing Active Pennsylvania RN license Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication and people-management skills Why Work at Barclay Friends?
