Licensed Practical Nurse

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments, provide wound care, IV Infusion, colostomy care, urinary catheter care, and other orders as prescribed by physicians- Assist in discharge planning and provide patient education on post-discharge care- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans- Use electronic medical record systems such as Kinnser to document patient information accurately

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with experience working in Home Health- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
