*Position Overview*

Bloom Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a skilled, motivated Nurse Practitioner with a genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient-centered medicine. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team delivering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV therapy, hormone optimization, medical weight management, and other advanced aesthetic and regenerative services.

We built this practice on three principles: natural-looking results, honest consultations, and patients who genuinely want to come back. No quotas. No upselling pressure. Just thoughtful medicine, beautifully delivered.

*Responsibilities*

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) with an eye for facial balance and natural results
• Provide aesthetic procedures including microneedling, chemical peels, PRF/PRP, and laser/energy-based treatments
• Manage wellness protocols including BHRT, peptide therapy, and medical weight management (GLP-1s)
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and long-term health and skin goals
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in our EHR, including consistent photo documentation
• Collaborate with the Bloom team to ensure an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience

*Qualifications*

• Active, unencumbered Maryland Nurse Practitioner license (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)
• Current NP board certification and active DEA registration
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic experience (injectable proficiency required)
• Experience with lasers, energy-based devices, or wellness/hormone therapy highly desirable
• Strong eye for facial anatomy, proportion, and aesthetic artistry
• Warm, professional bedside manner — patients should feel heard, never rushed
• Self-directed, organized, and a clear communicator with patients and teammates
• Genuine passion for health, beauty, and delivering concierge-level care

• From $55/hour, plus performance-based incentives
• Part-time now, with potential to grow into full-time as the practice expands
