In this role, you become the steady, compassionate presence our residents count on each day — offering care that protects their dignity, honors their individuality and reinforces their freedom of choice. You’ll spend time with each resident, getting to know their rhythms and stories, observing subtle shifts in their physical or emotional well‑being, and documenting what you see so their care remains thoughtful and responsive.

As you guide the nursing staff on your unit, you help create an environment where teamwork thrives and every action reflects the policies and values that keep our community safe.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan Board of Nursing (required).

Successful completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.

Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health, medical, surgical or critical care is preferred.

Schedule and Compensation

Employment type: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem Shift: Night Shift, 12‑hour shifts

Weekends: Every other weekend rotation for Full-time and Part-time, required

Pay rate: $35.90–$38.40 per hour, based on licensure
