Job Description: Wound Care RN or LPN Location: Flagstaff, AZ Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Department: Wound Care / Clinical Services Position Summary A respected hospital in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound Care RN or LPN to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment abilities, experience in wound care management, and a passion for providing excellent patient-centered care. This role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities. Key Responsibilities Provide specialized wound care assessments, treatments, and ongoing management for patients with chronic and acute wounds Perform wound debridement (within scope of practice and credentialing), dressing changes, and treatment procedures Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the electronic medical record accurately and timely Educate patients and families on wound care, infection prevention, nutrition, and home care needs Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives related to wound care Assist in evaluating wound products, equipment, and treatment protocols Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and evidence-based practice standards Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment in the wound care clinic or patient care units Qualifications Current and active Arizona RN or LPN license (or compact license eligible for AZ) Previous wound care experience strongly preferred WOCN or wound care certification is a plus, but not required Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to work independently and within a collaborative care team Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards Schedule & Work Environment Part-time or full-time schedules available Day shifts with potential weekend or on-call rotation depending on department needs Hospital-based environment with opportunities for specialization and growth Benefits (for eligible employees) Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Continuing education and professional development opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates may submit a resume mpalkin@teemagroup.com #Workwolf
